Peter Molnar is an expert on change and turnaround creating a sustainable impact for his clients. He advises clients on digital transformation towards Industry 4.0, operational excellence and growth for small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial and manufacturing space.

Peter looks back at 20 years of broad experience and cross-border expertise in the area of strategy, innovation, turnaround, and growth. Before PemTeq Ltd., he was CEO & General Manager at an international industrial conglomerate with special emphasis on growth turnaround, digital (Industry 4.0 / industrial IoT), and LEAN transformation. Prior, Peter has led an earnings turnaround for a motor and drives business suppling into i.e. O&G, Metal & Mining, energy, and shipbuilding industry. Previously he worked in global roles leading strategic planning, Mergers & Acquisition and operations excellence for a leading industrial player. 

He began his career at a major consulting firm, where he served in roles of consultant, project leader and partner clients in industrial space in the USA and Germany. The key focus of his activities had been turnaround, Mergers & Acquisitions and growth projects. 

Peter holds a PhD. in physics of the Humboldt University of Berlin, having worked in experimental high energy physics at CERN in Geneva.
